Prateek Singh is an MBA graduate turned entrepreneur who began his career as an analyst at a micro VC fund, spending nearly two years working closely with early-stage startups and investors. In 2015, he founded Entrackr, a tech media company based in Gurgaon, where he spent nine years deeply embedded in India’s startup and technology ecosystem.
At Entrackr, Prateek has helped 100+ startups raise capital and scale by combining original, data-backed reporting with sharp insight into founders, funding, and business models. His work focuses on telling the stories that truly matter to the ecosystem, championing Indian startups and holding the internet economy to a higher standard of transparency and accountability.
Driven by a lifelong love for India’s forests and wildlife, Prateek is now building Solaya Greens—a nature-first, privacy-led farmhouse community in Madhya Pradesh. Inspired by the magic of landscapes like Panna, Kanha, Bandhavgarh, and Sanjay-Dubri, Solaya Greens is his attempt to create a place where people from across the world can experience the rare beauty of India’s wild spaces, while living closer to nature and more deliberately.
Atishay Jain is a finance expert with a proven track record in auditing, business strategy, and entrepreneurship. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, SRCC alumnus, and MBA graduate from Masters’ Union, he kicked off his career at Big 4 firms, transitioned into key business roles at Razorpay, and later scaled his own successful wealth management company.
Deeply passionate about wealth creation, stock markets, and real estate investment, Atishay channels this expertise into building high-return, sustainable properties. His sharp market insight drives our mission to craft investment-grade real estate that delivers enduring value and long-term growth.
Shivansh brings a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and sales leadership to our real estate venture. A BTech graduate from YMCA Faridabad and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, he honed his skills at top corporates including Woodward, IndiaMART, and most recently as Director & Head of Enterprise Sales at Razorpay — where he drove multimillion-dollar deals and scaled enterprise growth.
Outside the boardroom, Shivansh is a fitness and wildlife enthusiast who thrives on traveling, exploring nature, and chasing transformative experiences. This passion fuels his vision for innovative real estate developments that harmonize luxury living with the great outdoors, creating communities where ambition meets adventure.
